melbourne has screwed up weather. its either too cold, or too hot with too many flies. thank god im coming home soon to where its too hot all the time but at least there are no flies.

G20 vs Mobs Economy, climate dominate G20 talks Police battered in mob mayhem ok forget what i said about protesting on a street without tram lines..those freaking protesters were rioting on the streets today! and i was walking around bourke street, collins street, swanston street in my damn heels..seeing the police stand around outside nike melbourne and i didnt even realise what was going on.lol these people are protesting against globalisation. seriously what are they protesting against?? if anything, imo, globalisation will help eradicate poverty. how are these third world countries ever going to fix themselves unless they get help from the other nations? if being out of poverty means having modern infrastructure, isnt that globalisation? forgive me if my definition of globalisation is rather..dodgy..ive never been able to fully grasp the succinct meaning of globalisation but basically i just think that a country cant possibly be modernised without being globalised. so yea these protesters, or should i say rioters are just a bunch of idiotic clowns who havnt given a proper thought about their actions. causing a riot while the G20 is inside a building actually trying to do something for the world really does not help anything. do they think THEY are going to change anything by abusing police and vandalising the streets. most definitely not! when this thing is over, i bet these people are gona go back to their cosy homes, eat macs, buy imported goods, and continue bull shitting about anti-globalisation.

looking for an apartment under time constrains absolutely sucks. oh the woes of me. things i learnt today: 1. always think about what you're gonna be doing before selecting footwear. never ever wear heels while on a house hunt cos you havnt worn heels for a long time and you feel like it. 2. i hate inconsiderate protesters. get a life! dont bloody protest on the streets and cause the trams to stop working and cause other people inconvienience! i mean dude thats not the way to go! protest on a street that doesnt have a tram line lah! i was in a shop and this lady was telling the cashier a conversation she had with a protester. i cant really remember it but i think it went something like that.. protester: what are you doing today? lady: im going shopping protester: shopping? people are living in poverty! dont you want to end poverty? lady: well im poor too! 3. there's nothing like looking at other peoples bigger worser problems to make you feel better about your own. Thing of the day!!~ Shop: this really nice small japanese place at the walk arcade on bourke street next to bnt..i forgot what its called. lol. there are 2 japanese places at walk arcade, the one im talking about is the dodgyer looking one..the curry katsu don and sukiyaki don are really realllyy nice!!! =D and they even have it in small size so you wont stuff yourself full!

Who is this guy? i find it extremely incredulous that anyone would pay $500 bux for a 2h concert! and the cheapest tix that u can get is $200 for this one!!!!?!?! was there a major major rain thing tt happened in sg while ive been away?because the last i remembered..jay was prolly still the most popular male artist around in the asian scene and the most expensive tickets for his concert was like 200bucks?! seriously, i mean i guess i dont doubt it that there will be people willing to pay to watch something theyre really into..but are there enough singaporeans willing to shell out a minimum of 200 for this guy?..don't get me wrong i have nothing against this dude..i have heard of him and i do know that he is quite popular..but i didnt know he's that popular! i admit i really cant pass judgment on whether or not its worth it to pay 200bucks to watch this guy cos ive never heard him sing or seen him dance. but i think i can safely say that its worth 200bucks for the worst seats in the indoor stadium! and it doesnt end here..there's more! 500 bucks doesnt even get you the best seats! u only get cat 3 tickets!!!!!!!!!! =O 500bucks for cat 3!!!?!?!?!?!! shell shocked to say the least. -.- 2 exams down 3 more to go!!!! i didnt do any work at all today, i watched an episode of veronica mars, prison break, heroes, family guy and the iron giant. the iron giant is good!! so touching..but i do have to agree with the bad guy on one thing..what kind of a name is hogarth??! =X Thing of the day!!!~ Cartoon: The Iron Giant i can't wait for this concert to happen and see how well the turnout for this thing is gonna be..

i think spectacles are one of the bestest inventions in the world. cos if i didnt have glasses, i'd probably be too blind to do anything, and i wouldnt be doing anything that im doing right now.
