yesterdays band concert was the best one ive ever been to.. ever!! hahaha not like ive been to a lotta band concerts but yeah i just basically enjoyed yesterdays concert loads.. really liked all the pieces that they played.. reasons why it rocked a lot: firstly, they played an arrangement of all the pieces from phantom of the opera [my favouritest musical] =) secondly, they played a combination of songs from final fantasy.. including the chocobo theme n a great rendition of eyes on me.. [ff happens to have been my sec sch obession..one of the few things which i was ever really crazy over] =) thirdly, they played on my own from les miserables [on my own being me fav song from le mis], fourthly, they played bits from the lion king, beauty n the beast, n my girl by the temptations all of which i really liked! fifthly- they played a glenn miller medley.. which had the song for the sa lindly hop [really like the lindy hop!!!]sixthly - their musical was great!! self-written,directed & produced .. the originality was great n it was really funnie too!!! =D anyway it was like they played all my favourite songs!!! n how cool is that man..i mean how many people get to go to a band concert and have the band play them their favourite songs??! hahaha how absolutely fantistic man..great job guys!!! *applause!* Thing of the day!!!~ clothes: army greeen tank n grey halter from MANGO =)

the saints spirit rocks the house man!!!! am simply undeniably proud to be a saint!!we dont have to be the champions all the time to show everyone else what we are made of..i think that sometimes..in defeat.. it all the more shows how strong we are and i think we've really shown that this season. its the fight to the end that really matters.. not giving up. this sporting season has been such a fantastic one..super memorable too.. really think that the sporting ccas deserve a great big round of applause.. to the teams who grabbed the tops..vball..basketball.. congrats!!! u guys all definitely deserved it!!!! to everyone else... soccer..rugby..cricket... we know how much effort u guys put in and to me u guys are still winners!!! the soccer match yesterday was definitely unforgettable.. making it all the way to the finals..to the national stadium.. tts already a fantastic achievement!!! seriously cool stuff..! so yeah what else can i say..but 1..2..3.. ..GO SA!!!!! interesting things i did today - helped out at yet another taf camp.. well actually its not really interesting but this list is basically a list of things i did today and interesting things i did today sounds like a nice title to use so yah.. hahaha =P - almost kenaed cos of a dumb reason.. sheet hope its not a recurrance of the do-dumb-things phase.. - went for night hike!!!!! think it was great man =) nice new experience.. think the comm did a great job.. all the recees n stuff.. nicely planned activity =) -saw interesting things [see below] - told a story of 3 little pigs from the start of a jungle trail right to the end of it.. its not very short - experienced a deja vu moment when mr lam clapped his hands n jia xing clapped after tt too.. hahahaha - discovered tt the statement "basically everything u eat here (adam road food center) is nice lah" is so inaccurate =P dont eat the fish noodles.. it is beyond sucky and summore got newspaper cutting.. wad is this man.. interesting things i saw today - 1 dead snake - 1 dead monitor lizard; theory of how it died: it was sunbathing on the rail by the side of the road which led to it getting dehydrated, but it didnt realise tt it was dehydrated and so it just continued to lie there.. soon it got heat exhaustion and as it was too lazy to move out of the sun, the untreated heat exhausion led to a heat stroke and it became unconscious. a while later.. it got fried in the sun and tt was the end of the monitor lizard - 1 monkey holding a qoo can - this giant military thing being transported out of depot rd on my way home.. it had police escorts and stuff Thing of the day!!!~ Making up a real fake story on the spot.. =D havent done something like that in ages... i miss the time when i could write stored for essays.. mmm...

had an extremely hectic but also fantastically fufilling week of non stop oec action for the past week. what i calculated to be a 5/7 week of odac turned out to be a 7/7 week.. not tt i mind .. all the time spent was definitely worth it.. on thursday evening when we were tying up lose ends for the camp.. it still felt like the camp was one month away.. haha think it had something to do wif a lot of things being done last minute.. =P or maybe it was just a weird self deceiving mode kinda thing.. ahh who knows anyway kinda guilty about that.. even tho i was in the planning com think i was pretty slack..shouldnt have taken so many things for granted.. ah well.. thankfully everything managed to get sorted out and before i knew it here it was!!/there was it!!/it was now!!! bashed right into the camp by starting out wif basha building.. hahaha.. n after tt the jc1s carried on wif their solo walk around the school.. gee they felt no fear man!! should have made them walk past LT4.. maybe then they would have felt some kick.. hahaha anyway 2hours plus sitting at the classroom block facing the art room was pretty easy..just remember to turn ur handphone to silent mode when ur on duty for solo stuff.. u dont want zordon calling u in the middle of the night.. hahaha.. 3 hours in the middle of a jungle trek in p.ubin on the other hand is close to one of the worst feelings ive ever experienced!!! ahhhh its really pure torture to force urself to stay awake when ur mind has totally given up.. so much so tt i reached this semi conscious state and i became like delirious at one point in time.. laughing hysterically for some reason.. ahahah winnieee u dun think im crazy right.. hahahaha an experience to remember nevertheless.. hahaha anyway the whole of saturday was spent walking around ubin .. facilitating what we call orienteering.. even tho ive been around ubin more than f ew times.. this was a totally different experience trekking with the group..didnt even feel one ounce of sianness.. ehh hehheh tts cool alright... back at camp..rain threatened to ruin our entire night.. but we overcomed the odds and plans carried on as usual after the it stopped... ahhhh the campfire was super fun! =) had a blast being the dj for the night man.. hehheh =P and am so proud of the tze tze flies!!! u guys were fantastic =) all in all.. think OEC rocked =) ! its back to reality now and well.. after 3 whole days with them.. i now think tt its really still not enough to really have let me know them very very well...mmmm Thing of the day!!!~TV show: F.R.I.E.N.D.S .. last season on ch5 on mondays at 10pm.. only my most favourite show ever and its ending... `sob..`

one week without blogging.. 2 reasons for that.. firstly the sister's back.. which means tt the stingray modem is gonna get shifted to her room.. and since im rather lazy to keep fixing it back to the computer outside, tt means tt its gonna stay in her room a lot.. secondly..am consciously trying to cut back on online time.. no doubt that the internet helps me to stay awake and staying awake means tt more work gets done.. but perhaps it causes me to waste even more time.. i think if i go online less i'll be able to do more work.. and when the modem is around i can hardly resist the urge to come online and surf around..blog..read blogs..chat with friends.. ah u get the drift.. so yeah taking away the modem would be a good way of forcing myself to not use the net.. hahaha hmmm yeah we'll see how things go.. OECs just less than one week away.. seems kinda surreal.. cant really believe its happening already..i feel unprepared...but im kinda looking forward to this tho.. think its gonna be quite fun =) i feel like i havent had a proper odac activity for ages and considering this is gonna decide the fate of the future of odac..im all pumped up for this man! =D haha.. right.. these past few weeks have passed extremely fast.. mondays are nice to start the week off cos its a lecture day.. and any unfinished work from the weekends wont mean tt i get slaughtered first thing in the week.. i trudge through tuesdays cos i have tutorials for every single subject on tues..and when tuesday is over the hardest part of the week is over.. wednesday is a really fun slack day .. start sch late end sch early.. and theres double bio lecture which means nice passive listening for the most of the time..thursdays always pass quite fast cos we start proper lessons only at 10 oclock after all the assembly n civics periods..and even tho i dont like chem prac it can actually be quite fun sometimes and time passes really fast during pracs.. friday is a great day cos we end early and theres hardly any tutorials.. its been so routine but ive loved it... its relaxing to just go through the days without major tests and the after effects of it to seriously bug u...took me a long time to get back to normality after block test 1.. the trauma of it all was seriously no joke.. this is gonna be as good as it gets and i really dont want this term to end.. term 3 is gonna be hellish and after tt its byebye to jc life already. its so fast!!! ahh time truly flies like an arrow... mmm i really do hope tt my academic life has reached the point where dy/dx=0 , where d2y/dx2>0 ..lol..haha...i think i'll be in serious trouble if i get a deja vu of what happened to me after bt1.. ughh whats happened to me.. ive never been a top student but i think ive at least always been above average.. u really do know tt ur somewhere in the pits when the teacher gives u special attention by consistently asking u if ur ok and u understand whats going on during the tutorial.. sheese arg i hate it.. its so depressing. ah well.. guess i gotta work harder.. hard is not enough man..and im already dying.. i think jc is so tough.. its consistent hard work for 2 years man!!! ahh it feels so horrible .. non stop hard work for 2 years totally kills.. i'll be so proud of myself when i survive this.. survive meaning getting good grades for A levels.. eh yah... well on a lighter note.. remember the song wen bie by jackie cheung.. really old song.. from a loong loong time ago..yeah well micheal learns to rock did an english version of it.. i heard it on mtv a few days ago.. its called take me to my heart..and...i think it sounds weird.. haha i think they just used the same tune but the meaning of the lyrics have been changed.. i kept hearing chinese words as the song played.. hahaha. think the chinese version is much better .. i actually do like it a lot =D hahaha one last thing...hApPiE belated bIrThDaY clara!! hey i didnt forget ur birthday k.. i just didnt get the chance to come online tts why i couldnt post this earlier.. haha ..anyway hey take things easy yah... love u loads!!! take care babe!! which would you choose?... would u rather have an endless supply of horrible songs or just 10 of your favourite songs? maybe after listening to those horrible songs a couple of times they wont be that bad after all.. and if you listen to the same 10 songs for over a hundred times.. can you be sure that u wont get tired of them? you're stranded on an uninhabited island.. u see 2 boxes floating in the sea. one box is magical and contains and endless supply of chocolates..unfortunately tho..the chocolate sucks...tastes kinda like the vert marathon energy bar..the other box contains just 10 pieces of the most heavenly chocolate in the world. u only have time to save one box before the other sinks to the bottom of the sea. which would u save? maybe the sucky chocolate wont taste that bad when ur absolutely starving..and 10pieces of the world's greatest chocolate wont count for nothing if it means tt ur gonna die of starvation after that..! ..maybe after finishing the 10 pieces of chocolate u'll start looking for other sources of food and with some luck you'll find a nice chicken running around or a mango tree just round the corner..but what if u cant find anything? you stand at the top of a cliff. in front of you is the great big ocean and there are many mysterious and unexplored lands ahead. behind you is the city where u come from. u can run back and hide in ur little white cubicle when u feel like it and at other times ur free to roam the streets anonymously and paint the town red. would u take the plunge into the ocean or walk back to the city? the ocean seems promising..it looks so beautiful from up here and who knows what treasures u might find!! but what if a shark eats u up before u can even reach the land ahead? or what if u like the new lands but soon u start missing your city and u yearn to go back? maybe you should just go back to where you're comfortable.. that way you wont risk the chance of getting hurt.. but what if the lands out there are really really much better than this little hole!!..
